At Essential Moves we NEVER say that one modality will correct all problems. We believe that it will take a number of different approaches working hand in hand. At an Essential Moves Centre, parents will be given a complete programme to help their child. We use this pyramid as our guide. Starting with physical issues and following on with intensive tutoring. By finding the cause of the delays we are able todesign a programme specific to the child.
The parents complete a wide ranging questionnaire & after a comprehensive assessment of the child, including an auditory processing check, gross and fine motor skills test and academic testing, the parents are given a report and a proposed programme. When deemed necessary, they will be referred to other specialists.
