Initial Assessment

Our comprehensive assessment takes approximately 2.5 hours and is done by 3 experienced primary school teachers, each specialising in a particular area of the assessment.

What do we test?

Gross motor skills & balance, fine motor skills & writing, reading and comprehensions, sight words and spelling, numeracy, auditory processing speed, phonemic awareness, auditory memory, primitive reflexes.
We use well regarded standardised testing tools and give you a comprehensive written report.

The Report.

The writtten report contains our findings, along with recommendations and also ideas for your child’s school. Not all children are suitable for our programme, but by getting an assessment done, we can point you in the right direction and refer you to other specialists. Even if you don’t do our programme, you will know where your child sits academically and what assistance they will need to succeed at school.
